Privacy Policy

 

Sunshine Intelligence Service Limited Partnership is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers, service users, partners, and business associates (collectively referred to as “you” or “data subject”). This includes the collection, use, and/or disclosure (collectively referred to as “data processing”) of personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

This Privacy Policy is issued to inform you of your rights and obligations, as well as the conditions relating to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

  • “Personal Data” means any information relating to a natural person which enables the identification of that person, whether directly or indirectly, but does not include information of deceased persons.

  • “Sensitive Personal Data” means personal data concerning race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual behavior, criminal records, health information, disabilities, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data such as facial recognition, iris scans, or fingerprints.

  1. Personal information: name, surname, age, date of birth, national ID number, passport number, signature, copy of ID card.

  2. Contact information: address, phone number, email.

  3. Financial information: bank account details, copy of passbook.

  4. System or device information: IP address, cookies, service usage behavior, service history, voice, photos, videos, social media account names, chat records, geolocation, user ID, membership ID.

 

The Partnership will collect personal data only upon obtaining consent from the data subject, except in the following cases:

 

  1. Compliance with a contract, where collection, use, or disclosure is necessary for providing services or fulfilling obligations under a contract between the data subject and the Partnership.

  2. Preventing or mitigating harm to life, body, or health.

  3. Compliance with legal obligations.

  4. Legitimate interests of the Partnership, provided that the rights of the data subject are duly considered (e.g., fraud prevention, network security, protection of rights and freedoms).

  5. Research or statistical purposes, including historical or archival documentation for public interest, with appropriate safeguards.

  6. Tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Partnership.

 

 

Sources of Data

 

  1. Directly from the data subject: provided during activities such as product and service offers, negotiations, membership applications, recruitment, and contract signing.

  2. From other sources: such as publicly available data or other personal data provided to the Partnership.

 

 

Purposes of Data Processing

 

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes, or other purposes notified at the time of collection or upon obtaining consent thereafter:

 

  1. To deliver products and services, and respond to inquiries or complaints.

  2. For business operations, evaluation, and improvement, including product and service quality enhancement.

  3. For accounting and financial activities, such as audits, invoicing, debt collection, tax documentation, and other legally required records.

  4. For legitimate business interests, such as call center voice recording, CCTV monitoring.

  5. For legal investigations and compliance with laws or regulations applicable to the Partnership.

  6. To respond to requests such as after-sales service or complaint handling.

 

 

Disclosure of Personal Data

 

The Partnership will not disclose or transfer your personal data to external parties unless explicit consent is obtained, or in the following cases:
